A) Consulting Boutique:

Our consulting team consisting of experts with proven local and international experience as a one-stop solution provider, offers the following services:

  • Scoping Study – We, at an early stage of the project through conducting a scoping study, allow our customers to have a preliminary assessment of the project’s techno-economic feasibility.

  • Debottlenecking – We provide customized solutions for operation problems including process optimization, energy saving, RAM study and asset integrity.

  • Market Study and Economic Analysis – Our market study and economic analysis team serves project requirements by access to a comprehensive local and international market data bank. We conduct the market study, build a world-class customized financial model, analyze the economic viability of projects, and assist in defining a proper business model for project development.

  • Master Field Development Plan (MDP) – Our reservoir engineers, production engineers and economists with the help of our international partners, can carry out a world-class master development plan in oil and gas fields. We will provide the latest updates on domestic and international petroleum legal regimes, support customers in the E&P market, and connect them with reputable E&P partners.

  • Public Relation and Stakeholder Engagement – We work with our customers to establish and develop communications, public relations and expand stakeholder engagement strategies to implement large and complex projects.

  • Legal and Finance Advisory Services – Our legal and finance team consists of professional experts with international experience in the energy industry. We have negotiated, drafted and produced specialized legal documents including commercial contracts. We have extensive experience in management of highly complex international commercial disputes.

  • Investment Opportunities (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream) – Having a great network in the energy industry, we support customers in attractive investment opportunities not only in Iran but also in the region.

B) Project Development:

Front End Loading (FEL) is a methodology that takes a deliberate approach to capital project planning which guarantees project completion on time and within budget. It is crucial in the energy industry’s current landscape of escalating demand, increasingly complex assets and tightening profit margins.

  • FEL 1: Options Evaluation – The purpose of FEL 1 is to assess technology and develop options.  A high-level review of identified needs and solutions is conducted as well as an evaluation of the required technology to examine its attractiveness as a possible business investment. FEL 1 activities are more time dependent and less driven by deliverables.

  • FEL 2: Feasibility Study – The purpose of FEL 2 is to select the most commercially viable option and carry out sufficient engineering work to determine the potential of the project’s viability. This phase is primarily deliverable-driven.

  • FEL 3: Front-End Design – The purpose of FEL 3 is to define and develop a detailed project scope, execution plan and cost estimate for the final investment decision. This phase is deliverable-driven.

  • Project Execution(EPC) – This phase is implementation of the project execution plan which resists change. In this phase, detail design engineering and construction take place.

C) Technology Commercialization:

Benefitting from our R&D facilities, we can assist our customers to commercialize the technology concepts all the way from lab work to pilot plant, demonstration and commercial scale plant. In addition, we arrange the transfer of cutting-edge technologies to respond to our customers’ needs.

  • Laboratory Work – The concept is tested in lab scale.

  • Pilot Plant – The technology incubated in lab scale is piloted.

  • Demonstration Plant – The piloted process technology is proved in demonstration scale.

  • Commercial Plant – The technology proven in demonstration scale is commercialized with the help of our project development team.

  • Technology Transfer – We assist customers in transferring cutting-edge technologies to respond to their needs.
